ABOUT CHEF NORTH
I began my culinary adventure as a 14 year old prep cook, exploring flavors and compositions. As a homeschool student, I developed restaurant skills under Chef Kevin Bladergroen at Blades Bistro in New Mexico. After my family relocated to California in 2019, I continued in the field as Assistant Baker at Ace Hotel until the COVID 19 Pandemic furlough. At age 18, having 4 years of experience under my belt, I decided to expand my learning at the top culinary school in the country and was accepted into Culinary Institute of America as a student of Applied Food Studies.
Fast-forward to the present, I am a bold, inventive chef
bringing fresh ingredients to every dish.
I am passionate about flavor, experiential dining, and sustainability.
I am excited to bring my skills into your kitchen.
